On this site, we collect what you enter into the Contact form: your business name, your name, and your WhatsApp/phone number are required; email, city, the Package you're interested in, and a message are optional.

Elsewhere in the Raaye product, a Feedback submission may include a customer's optional contact info, and a Business's account holds the details our team collects during onboarding. This policy covers pkraaye.com; those flows have their own in-product notices.

We use what you submit through the Contact form for one reason: following up with you about a demo or answering your question. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell it.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, and Vercel to host it. When you submit the Contact form, we may also use a third-party service to notify our sales team of your submission (the exact provider is still being decided). We share your details with these providers only to run the site and follow up with you — never for their own marketing.

We keep Contact form submissions for as long as we need them to follow up with you and to keep a record of past inquiries. If you'd like your information removed, reach out using the contact method below.
