Why We Built Raaye
Most local businesses in Pakistan have no structured way to hear from the customers who walk through their door. Feedback happens by accident — a comment in passing, a message on WhatsApp that gets lost, or, more often, nothing at all until a customer simply doesn't come back.
By the time a business owner finds out something went wrong, it is usually too late to fix it for that customer — and there was never any way to know what was going right, either.
Raaye exists to close that gap: a simple way for any business to ask, and for any customer to answer, in the moment it actually matters.

Raaye is a product from Tripsyar, a small team building practical software for local businesses. Raaye is a new product — we're building it carefully, in close contact with the first businesses who use it, rather than claiming a track record we don't have yet.
